Shipping policy

Please be sure your full name and address are correct before checkout to ensure your package isn't lost or stolen. WE ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
    Due to items being handmade, please allow three to seven (3 to 7) business days for orders to be shipped. We are a family business, not Amazon, please be patient with us. :)

    MAY - SEPTEMBER, we only ship Monday through Wednesday due to hot weather. This will ensure the products spend less time in warm conditions to possibly melt. 
      After the package is shipped, I have no control over what happens. However, if items are damaged in shipment (with photo proof), I will gladly replace them with a like item and have them shipped back to you within three (3) business days.
