Our wax melts are made in small batches, so appearances may differ from the product photos. Slight color changes and off-center labels may occur but these do not affect the quality of the wax melts.

Current Processing Time: 3-7 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

As a small business, we keep low stock on hand, so some products are made to order. These processing times allow us enough time to make and cure your wax melts so they're ready to use as soon as you get them. We always do our very best to get your order out within our listed processing time, but if for some reason your order hasn't shipped within the allotted time, do not hesitate to reach out.

We at RMC love Mother Earth, there is no Planet B. We understand that wax melts aren't the most eco-friendly so we offset that with environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging. Our honeycomb and tissue papers are 100% recyclable. Our packing peanuts are made from vegetable starches and dissolve in water. Our snap bar bags are biodegradable and compostable. And our shipping boxes can either be reused or recycled. We encourage you to do your part and help keep the planet clean. ♻️

Every summer, from roughly May 15 to Sept 30th, we will only ship orders Monday through Wednesday. This ensures your packages won't sit in hot delivery trucks or distribution centers to potentially melt. Thermal packaging will be added to help prevent melting. In the event your wax melts do get soft, simply pop them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
